"Seniors for Seniors" offers a unique opportunity for seniors (or anyone interested in a calm loving cat!) to meet some of KittyKind's senior cats, all of whom are looking to find their "forever" home, and will provide infinite amounts of love, affection and joy in return.

Seniors who have adopted and fostered senior cats will also be available at the event to share their experiences. Madalyn, who recently lost her beloved Slinky, says, “Adult cats are calmer, wiser and very appreciative of having a second chance at love. They often end up at shelters due to their owners’ circumstances that have nothing to do with their wonderful spirits and they are sometimes overlooked. I want to convey in words how happy my 16 year-old Slinky and I were for those 21 months together! If people knew the joy I experienced, they would be running to get an adult kitty.”

These wonderful animals may have retired from their hectic jobs of chasing mice and stalking feet, but their hearts have not slowed down and, more than ever, they are appreciative of a loving companion. Whether or not you meet your perfect match that day, you may just open the door to a future relationship with a cat. Our adoption reps will also be available to help you find the best match suited to your lifestyle.
